This is a great alternative to traditional massage since the client stays fully dressed, wearing something loose and comfortable, as the therapist stretches and compresses the body. Therapist uses her hands, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet. This technique is great for assessing mobility and function of the joints. It's like massage and yoga together in one session!
